At Willow Tree Primary School, we believe that every child should have the opportunity to have their voice heard, take responsibility and make a positive difference. Our Pupil Leadership Groups give children the chance to develop their confidence, teamwork and leadership skills while helping to improve our school and support our local community.

Our pupil leaders work together on projects that reflect our school values and make a real difference to others. Each group has a particular area of responsibility, allowing children to follow their interests and take an active role in school life.

Making a Difference

Through our Pupil Leadership Groups, children are not simply learning about leadership – they are experiencing it. They learn how to work as a team, communicate their ideas, take responsibility and turn their ideas into action.

Our pupil leaders are an important part of our school community and help us to make Willow Tree a place where every child has a voice and every child can make a difference.
